I wasn't sold on Q until this year. What he brings to the locker room alone are well worth his contract. besides, we need someone to punk on Pierce and Garnett.

I always thought Q was fine on his contract. People need to get that $2mil contracts are almost the minimum....you don't need some superstar. It's VERY hard for a $2mil contract to be THAT overvalued. Cmon. That being said, exactly, who else is gonna elbow Bosh in the neck?

Yeah, but in all honesty, unless NJN can find a way to add more talent, why would he? To spend another year on a lottery team hoping Dwight will come to Brooklyn in 2013? Unless NJN make moves today or on draft night, I think he's gone to Dallas.

I think it would be hard to recreate all the intangibles Q-Rich does for what is a pretty reasonable contract. I would much rather trade J-Rich for an upgrade at backup PG or C. I want to see more liggins and less duhon and BBD.

My point is, WHY do you want to move him so badly....to clear cap space? If that's the case, you can always wait another year to do it if he is so easily movable. He is clearly helping keep the team together at the moment. So what's the point?

I just hope we're still working the phones to make moves.....if Dwight is still here that's great moving forward but that shouldn't be the signal to hang up the phones.....J-Rich needs to be moved....Baby needs to be moved....Duhon should be moved....Q should be moved....

Problem is i think we're stuck with Baby....Damn shame because he's taking away minutes from guys that should be playing more than they are....No reason why Clark shouldn't be playing more if Baby is this inconsistent....Harper should play more as well.....He's probably the closest thing we have to Rashard Lewis on this roster to be completely honest.......

Why does Q need to be moved?

To be honest....to me he's just a cheerleader that has a decent game once in a blue moon and doesn't really affect anything on the defensive end....I think Liggins can do everything Q can but better except shooting but Q isn't out there to be a shooter he's out there to defend and i think Liggins got him in that area.....Plus liggins has shown to be able to attack the basket and can make decent passes....two things i rarely see from Q....all that tells me Q is expendable imho.......

Cmon Solid, Q is a legit backup who is vet and doesn't get punked by guys like Lebron. Brings the team together (that's important, things that happen behind the scenes). We should keep him around unless he's involved in trade for an upgrade.

No put him in a package to try to upgrade the roster.....i'm not going to lie part of my whole thing of moving him is to break up the Q/Duhon/Baby lineup.....not looking forward to seeing that lineup used in the playoffs at all....don't want any part of that
