Given how well the team is playing now and with Dwight on for another year, I don't feel like blowing up the team is a great idea (look how that worked out last year ...). However we do need a couple of moves, and really I think J-Rich needs to be ousted.

JJ is prime the 2 spot, and J Rich could get some decentish value.
