Or at the very least, he wouldn't clear waivers after being amnestied and Ted would recoup some of that lost money.

I think you meant to make the font green.

If getting shot, getting arrested, getting injured, getting fat, getting ripped mercilessly, and getting booed at home didn't change things for him I think he's a lost cause at this point. There's no point in hoping for anything with the guy, period. There's a reason EG gets a dial tone everytime he enunciated "And...".

Hoops hype explains a possible issue with dealing Mcgee:

JaVale McGee has been shopped, with the team failing to reach a contract extension with him in late January and McGee set to become a restricted free agent this summer. Marc J. Spears of Yahoo! Sports reported that the Wizards are “asking for the world” in exchange for McGee. But a league source said the Wizards’ demands have been reasonable as they are seeking an NBA starter in return. Washington Post

Washington Wizards, Trade, Javale McGee | share

According to a rival executive, the Wizards are open to moving McGee but encountering problems because of the difficulty in matching up salaries to make a deal. McGee makes just $2.5 million this season and the Wizards have few big money contracts outside of the salaries for Rashard Lewis, Andray Blatche and possibly Ronny Turiaf. Washington Post

Even the Rockets got a first round pick for Derek Fisher. Unreal.

With Gerald Wallace being given away it looks like the Blazers are looking to blow it up. Any chance we can nab LMA during the summer?

I'd do our pick (top-2 protected), Booker, Vesely, and... OK, basically anything that's not Wall or a top-3 pick for him.

On Twitter, apparently we're talking to the Hornets about Kaman.

Hmm, if we can unload Blatche in any way, shape or form, I'll be jumping for joy. Kaman is an expiring 14mil contract.

DA just said the Wiiz are in serious discussions to trade McGee & NY to Denver for Nene

Wow. That would be very interesting. Nene, while having a pretty large contract (13mil per year through the 2015/2016 season) is one of the best centers in the league and...wait for it....a good defender!

Clippers acquire guard Nick Young from the Washington Wizards for forward Brian Cook and a pick, source tells Y! Sports.
