So, Arenas next?

Post#1 » by Reflexx » Thu Mar 15, 2012 7:42 pm

It looks like we still have an open roster spot. I figure that has to be by design.

Can we expect to hear about Arenas as a Laker within the next few days?

He's obviously done, why does his name keep getting brought up?

Reportedly the Grizz were interested and they didn't even do it

Sure Lakers also moved Kapono he from time to time got in at the 2 including last night. Lakers have an open roster spot with the deadline over. Bring Arenas down it makes sense.

This isn't 2008 anymore, Arenas is done. Stop remembering him as Agent Zero, it's just the Zero now.

I'd still sign him. Kobe can play some time at the 3.

He could be 1/4 the player he was and still be better than Goudelock.

Glock and Arenas are similar type players. Except that Arenas has tons of experience and has a much more complete game.

Arenas would be the perfect mentor for Glock.

Though you can't really teach size. That's something Glock will always have trouble with.

I think the Lakers should sign Arenas to be the back-up SG and also back-up Blake at PG if he's not playing well... basically he'd be the Lakers new 6th man
