@SpearsNBAYahoo: Lakers, Spurs, Knicks and Celtics have expressed interest in trading for Utah G-F Josh Howard, a source says. Jazz don't want to make deal.

But in reality, none of us should be at all surprised, just look at our "Coach", who insists on playing Bell for 25 minutes a game, even when it's obvious that playing the young kids is what this team needs.....

If no deal happens I can't wait for David Locke to explain to us all why this was the best thing for the franchise.

That was a good one!

I watched two minutes of a chat locke is doing online. I turned it off after he said the blazers front office is "awful" for keeping felton and crawford.

If the Jazz could've turned Howard into a draft pick and didn't then they're stupider than I thought.

Why am I a Jazz fan?

Fire Corbin, hire Nate. It will fix everything.

The only good news today was Mcgee is not only in our division now, but also will make The Association entertaining.

Seriously, I'm so **** disappointed. We gave up Brewer and Maynor for basically nothing when we had a much better team. Now that everyone wants to get rid of players to make room for the young guys, KOC stands pat? Can't believe we couldn't find a taker for CJ, Bell or Howard. Unbelievable.

Portland sheds Gerald Wallaces salary and get a top 3 protected draft pick in return. Portland is brilliant! Wallace is good, but not that good.

Sometimes I wonder how Locke maintains his profession. He says some of the most stupid things!

I wonder if Locke felt the intensity today was "palatable" (acceptable to the taste), like he often says during his radio play by play for the Jazz. Someone needs to tell Locke that the word is "palpable" (capable of being felt) the idiot.

KOC really disappointed me. Its like Corbin and KOC want the team to suck so they play the veterans and dont make trades so the Jazz keep their pick. Its hard to be a Jazz fan right now.

By the way, What the **** are the Nuggets doing? Getting rid of their only decent post up threat for a dumb shot blocker with no offensive game.

Big Al is not the problem! It is our guards.

Bi Al has no choice but to cover Steve Nash when he penetrates, thus leaving someone wide open. Otherwise Nash gets an easy layup.

We need way better guards. Tinsley executed pretty well, but Nash just killed Tinsley after Watson sprained his ankle. Tinsely was 2-4 feet behind Nash every time that Nash penetrated.

Best way to beat Suns is to make Nash a scorer and not a passer. Dont let Fry and Dudley beat you! You should never help off them guys.

Locke is paid by the Jazz and has to be really careful with what he says. If you watched his Vokle chat this afternoon, even though he can't come right out and say it, it was pretty obvious that he thinks Corbin is an idiot and that the Jazz were trying to trade Raja and CJ, but Dwight opting in with Orlando screwed up their plans. He seemed REALLY down on Raja.

As frustrated as I am, I have to admit that this is probably what happened. I always thought that the Jazz would get in on any kind of Dwight Howard trade and come out with something from it. Having him opt-in probably screwed up any kind of trades we had in place.

How is it hard to believe that we didn't find a suitor for those three players? First off, Bell, Miles, and Howard are 20 minute-a-night guys. Their value around the league is minimal at best considering the shortened season. The majority of Commissioners are going to stand pat if they aren't a team that is A)looking to add depth in order to prepare for a playoff push. Or B) You're looking to clean house and rebuild. The Utah Jazz organization has ALWAYS had a win first mentality, so obviously we don't fit in to plan B.

The only player that i believe we should have gotten rid of is Bell. He is non-existent on the court. He has a terrible attitude off the court. His contract sucks. From the **** that he has pulled as of late, i wouldn't be surprised if he is gone when the off season hits. On the flip side, Howard has been of service as of late and is a rental. He takes up some of Hayward's minutes, yes but Howard fits into Corbin's veteran presence plan. Besides, KOC would look like an ass if he traded a dude that he signed for 3 million on a one year contract.

On the other hand, Miles is terrible. Absolutely horrid, yes. But his minutes are so inconsistent that i consider him negligible. We are closer to the end of the season then you might think. If our so called playoff push ends up falling flat on it's ugly face and we don't see any movement from KOC, then you can start to complain. but until then, nut up and deal with it.

I learned two things today.

1. The Nets have no **** clue what is going on, seriously they mortgaged their future for Deron Williams who will be gone in 25 games. Now they traded a top 10 pick for Crash? WOW!

2. This is the closest we will see the Jazz get to tanking.

The Jazz not making a move isn't nearly as upsetting as Corbin diminishing the playtime of what I like to call our future.

Hopefully in the off-season the appropriate players will be moved and the Jazz can finally get back on track. Even better, Corbin magically turns into an acceptable coach at that time.

On a side note, what the heck are the Nets thinking? That's just crazy stupid what they did. Not sure I like what the Nuggets did either.

The Denver trade is bizarre if their plan is to re-sign Javale McGee this off-season, when he's already said he's looking for $14 million and has half the talent and brain capacity of Nene.
