A lot of core pieces changes every year, not all. What is not to understand here?
Whats with 4, well we talking about the whole Franchise, and you cherrypicked 4 players trying to prove your point..? Now you throw some more, amazing. All the teams have players who stays, did I said they change the entire roster? Geezus... You disagree on things i never even said, and why we keep talking about it now?

You can see around 4+ new players who play important roles every year, and thats a FACT. Period. You talking about ''new page'' season, while they make just as many changes any given season...

Especially when you look at PGs, those changes all the time, and they were first in my head, because of 21_85. Since 2006, Rytas had a new starting PG every year... 6 year in a row now.

No, it's bs.

2004/05 season http://www.basketnews.lt/komandos/703-v ... /2004.html
2005/06 season http://www.basketnews.lt/komandos/703-v ... /2005.html

tell me how many new guys played important role in the team? I will tell you - 1 (Nielsen)

Same with 2007/08 - 2008/09 seasons. 1 guy - Bjelica, maybe Zavackas. 08/09 - 09/10 - Bajramovic (+ Valanciunas, who already had a contract with Rytas). Before 2004 Rytas relied on guys like Siskauskas and Macijauskas, they didn't have lots of changes that would impact their games and results in essence. In between all these seasons i mentioned you will probably find UP to 4 new players, not 4+, who make the difference. Unless in your 4+ you take role players, like lithuanians Jomantas and Babrauskas are (who, to be honest, had more decent seasons than the ones you may consider having "important roles" in the team and been here for just a year or two)

All I wanted to say is that after Rytas releases it's leaders to other teams usually a guy, who already played here few seasons, steps up. I'm mainly talking about Lithuanian players. Such players like Petravicius, Lukauskis, Gecevicius weren't good in their first seasons already in Rytas squad, they became good after they steped up with abscences of previous leaders of the team. You disinform other people with your latest posts by continuously making it sound, like every year Rytas buy players for 1-2 seasons, who make all the difference and then either go away or being released by a team, which is not true.

p.s. sorry for those, who don't care about this kinda stuff., which is probably the majority of people here.

I wanna make a point about roster changes. Not many euro teams do that, just poor one, like Lietuvos Rytas :)

Yeah, not many teams are changing their roster. Prime example of zalgiris "fans". Stupid and ignorant.

definately no, I just find it necessary for some reason to fix the things I find not true, or at least give another point of view so people would have a choice who to believe.

JV played like hella shxt. What's with the sudden surge of turnovers that came about in the last few weeks. But dang I hope it's just because of crappy coaching or something.

I haven't watched enough, but maybe he is hitting a "rookie wall" of sorts? The kid has been working hard.

He is learning what to do and what not to do by experience.
I wouldn't make a problem out of those TOs. Probably a big portion of these are bad passes from Brickrese Rice.

What I noticed in the last game of JV it's his missed FT. That might be because of the gym. He sticks to that much I guess, since Raptors even sent their coach to help him develop physically. Maybe that effects whole game as well because he didn't look in shape (skills wise). All other was the same. Horrible offense, pathetic point guards. Everyone blame Rice here, but Rasic is even worse. Wow. On other hand, after Rytas' hell it will be easier in Raptors' hell (or heaven).

Its harsh to blame Rasic, since hes not really a point guard. Hes a 3 point specialist SG, who forced into PG. What do you expect right? Look at him alongside real PG in Serbia NT, hes a stud. Its just a badly constructed team, terrible wings and no playmakers.

Jonas now is the only C in the team, as Samardiski is out for a month.

Exactly. But he plays PG in Rytas and that's terrible. Despite the fact hat Rasič had about two months of good shooting, he's horrible this season. I doesn't help knowing he could be better other circumstances. I'm still thinking is it better for Jonas to play with these horrible point guards or to play with better ones to polish his pick and roll game. One could say it's better to play there as can learn to create for himself. On other hand, wouldn't he got even more opportunities to do that with a pg that would find him perfectly when he's in position. Some of Rytas' games really just burns the eyes. Well, he'll have some fresh air in NT (specially if Jasikevičius will come) already and the summer is going to be long hopefully.

I have no idea what Lrytas is gonna do... Even if they let Jonas play the whole game, he would foul out before 4th quarter..Opponents will use this against Lrytas :) Katelynas/Roberts should substitute Jonas for like 10-15mins but they're not C...
