how can you not love this guy. i didn't want to emotionally invest in him after the failed cp3 trade, but Pau is back to being my 2nd favorite player on the team

For someone who is usually a good speaker in interviews, he sounds/looks uncomfortable as hell infront of the camera.

that being said, while I was a supporter of Pau getting moved for the right deal, as a person he's a class act and one of my favorite players in the league. I'm glad he's staying and hopefully he can relax and improve his play and go back to his elite form, rather than the current pretty damn good form.

Pau is definitely stoked... I'm happy we improved the team and were able to keep him.

But now that the deadline rush has worn off, I'm wondering... Given our financial situation, does anybody else think we're a couple months away from more Pau trade rumors?

I think Sessions was a nice pickup, but unless we do something magical with the waiver wire, we still need some upgrades.

We'll be looking for a quality SF and depending on how Sessions works out, our PG rotation might still need some help.

Now that we've freed up some future money, maybe we can do something without trading Pau, but we're bound to hear more rumors this off-season.

With Fisher out of the lineup now, it's up to Pau to step his role up even bigger now.
