This game was lost on 5 accounts.

1. Drew getting kicked out.....Just dumb on his part, what ever it is that was bothering him let that BS go. To get kicked out while waiting on freethrows from the opposing team is flat out dumb. He had one just shut the hell up and just play. Every time I want to give him props, he does sh*t to go three steps back.

2. Coaching, Mike is still confused on who he wants in the rotation. What the hell did McRoberts do to deserve PT again ? And he didn't have to bring Kobe back with 5 1/2 minutes left and we were up 8 or 9. Then you had Brown playing 2 guys who can't guard one on one in Murphy and McRoberts. We deserved to lose.

3. Kobe, back to jack'in again. We had a flow when he came back in and he ruined it.

4. Pau, I hate seeing this guy having to play center.....he sucks as a 5. The one sequence that really lost us the game was the possession where Houston kept getting the rebound and finally scored. Everybody go back and watch the replay, he never got back in the play.

5.Defense, we didn't play any pretty much the whole game. Don't get sucked in by the leads we had, part of it was due to us not missing. Houston was still at damn near 50% themselves, all you say to yourself as a team is "lets stay close cause they'll miss some eventually".

More to do with defense. 6 and a half minutes left.. whether you score or not.. you should win the game. It's called getting some god damn stops.

What a dumb game. Just annoying when they play like a bunch of idiots. Steve Blake shouldn't touch the court next game. I'd rather have Goudelock be the back-up PG to Sessions for a couple games to wake Blake the hell up.

See #2 of my post, Brown is confused as hell with this crap. G-Lock didn't even play tonight. How the hell do you go from being a regular in the rotation, even though it was very limited minutes to not getting no run at all ?

Funny post-game commentary

You had the two game crews for the Rockets, Bill Worrell & Calvin Murphy (the guys you heard on air) and Kevin Eschenfelder & Matt Bullard (the other guys) talking about the Bynum ejection.

Bullard raises a point about Bynum being put over the top about the "phantom call" (you know...make-up call, justice call, etc) and the two guys who never played (Bill & Kevin) state that that doesn't happen and Glyde & Bull just start laughing.

Kobe and Ramon played 9 minutes together today, 7 on Sunday, and 12 on Friday. They have no ****ing rhythm or trust.they said that during the broadcast

Mike has 20 games to get them used to knowing ow to play together. Screw easing it in. Force them to learn and overcome mistakes by 20-40 minutes together

The ref was standing there and talking to Drew, then he randomly decides to turn around, walk away and T him up? Seriously WTF is that?

Hard to answer without knowing what Drew said.

If it was Ron Garretson he wouldn't have even had to have said anything.

Brown needs to clamp down these rotations, plain and simple. Goudelock's progression is gonna be stunted with all these arbitrary DNP CD's and with a guy like Sessions in there penetrating, Glock can soften up interior defenses with his presence on the perimeter alone, allowing Sessions to do his thing on the inside. No reason for Barnes and Metta to be out there at the same time.

this is the key for the lakers ....when sessions was in, he did a good job of getting pau involved with his penetration and scoring...then when kobe came in, sessions was either out or not involved...it killed the momentum i thought.

I also don't get why Matt gets screwed with, he is the one guy who can play well and get yanked. He never is allowed to keep on playing or finish when he is hot. There is no excuse for Sessions, Kobe, Ron, and Matt not finishing alongside Pau. There isn't anyone who could post Ron up and Houston had the floor spread so Josh was no help chasing shooters.

I wish everybody here would get off this amnesty bull sh*t. Do you realize they'll still be over the damn cap no matter who they do that to ? And they still have to pay the money. Guys talk about this clause like it's going to be an immediate elixir. Seeing how the roster is set up and when deals expire off the books we have no need to use it now.

Bullard should be the color guy for the Rockets. He's really good.
