think DD needs his only DWTS thread. First time I've seen it. I'll watch until/if he's eliminated. Definitely a crowd fav.

I never watch this show, but I watched Donald and voted for him 12 times online. Hope he does well, but my mother says the competition is the toughest it's ever been this year, and she knows what she's talking about with this show.

I don't really know much about this show or ballroom dancing but you mean to tell me that Gladys Knight can get two 8s but DD couldn't get one?? Please don't make me get mad at Dancing with the Stars.

Same here, I know nothing about it but Knight was the worst IMO. I enjoy watching DD but I'll be kind of glad when he's eliminated so I can stop watching.

DD looked good. Packer nation will keep him afloat for a long time, but i think he will do well on his own and gain fans. I didnt watch the other people, but im guessing he will probably get top 3.

They usually throw a bone in the early weeks to the schlubs is what I understand. They see who is going to go far or have potential and rate them on the same scale the entire show.

I don't even know how the voting works. How do they combine that fan voting with the judges and determine who's out each week?

In the Dancing with the Stars Results Show, the couple with the lowest combined score from judges and viewer votes will be eliminated from the competition. The scoring is divided evenly between the judges and the viewers at home, ensuring unpredictable outcomes at the end of every show. When the final two couples remain, the ultimate dance-off will determine who wins the trophy.
