I still can't believe how we could take the 10 point lead in the fourth quarter, after turning the ball over so much. Gortat and Frye sucked all game. Both just refused to take it to the basket. They looked afraid. Lopez is Lopez. Didn't surprise me.
And Nash with the brainfart in the end. WTF?
Super frustrating.

I liked Morris' fire and energy. He looked raw, but good. I also really liked the fouls he committed. Hard fouls to prevent easy shots.
Granted they whistled Wade for falling on top of Dudley, but someone in the league office honestly needs to explain to me why there wasn't a whistle on LeBron for bulldozing Hill.
Miami flops pretty bad. Chalmers is embarassing.
Dunk the mother effing ball, for cyring out loud. Frye, Lopez, and Gortat probably had a combined 12 points that where missed because they tried to kiss it off the glass. For **** sake, there is a reason a team is paying you millions of dollars to be 7-feet tall.
Grant Hill is amazing.

Miami Heat = New York Yankees trying to buy their way to an NBA title. I hope to see Bosh on his knees crying every time they get eliminated from the playoffs. The NBA needs a little hate ... Jordan, Bird, Magic, Thomas would never team up like the whiners (Howard, LessBrain, Marshmellow, etc). Huge respect for Nash that he is old school.
So if your Suns had enough cap space to acquire both Howard and Deron Williams in the offseason, you'd be against it?
The Yankee comparison is amusing considering that there is no salary cap in baseball.
i am not upset about the heat getting lebron and bosh. i found it quite nnoying the way lebron celebrated it.
I just saw that and decided to correct you on that. It was a celebration FOR Miami fans AND the community IN Miami IN our Arena! We did something very similar when Shaq came here. I wonder why anybody not IN Miami has a problem with that, considering its got NOTHING to do with you.
Seriously, its just a regular season game. No need to get like that. I wish you guys make the playoffs. Good luck. You've got a good team. Morris is going to be one heck of a player(especially on defense).

Yeah, some of our fans need to tone it down a bit right now.

Los soles, sorry to hear about the lack of sleep for both of you. Dante has had some trouble with sleeping here at the hotel.
Espn keeps showing the Bron bulldozing move, and all they can say is it was scary for Bron. Nothing about how bad of a foul it was, or how bad it must have been for Hill being 38. This league sucks way too often with the bull.
We should have won that game. I still don't understand why Gentry plays guys that suck on defense, when we have a lead. Why not try Price and Chilldress in those situations?
Diaw will be bought out. If we don't make a play on one of these bigs I will kick someone in the nuts!

thank you for the correction. it really does not change my opinion about lebrons mindset. he is not acting like a mature person. the whole drama about the decision aggregated a lot of antipathy.
it is not something about miami, i would have reacted the same way if he was going to new york or somewhere else.
Bonus stat of the night: The Heat were 13-19 from the line through the first three quarters and then 13-16 in the fourth.

day late and a dollar short -
that one announcer, sounded like Harry Shearer doing his parody of sports announcers. And did he say M-squared was sent down to the DLeague this year? No ....
the push off that the was so incensed about, Frye was just trying to get past the guy - El Floppo
I have to get off my Brown and Telfair hate wagon - they both gave it all last night. The difference in this team over the last 10 games is .... ridiculous
that said, while we could have beaten MIA, they really are a very, very good team and they poured it on when they needed to. I don't feel we lost this so much as just got beaten by a legit contender
Orlando though - them we can beat

We aint beating Orlando tonight. Magic scored only 59 points at home few days ago and will pour in 115+ on us tonight. Oh well we can look forward to Pacers/Cavs game.

Corrected.
Blindass assumption. If anything, we should come out pissedoff and drop a c-note on them.
That should be enough.
And GHill gets no respect

Re: Game 46: Phoenix Suns (23-22) @ Miami Heat (33-11)
I said at the start of the year it was too bad Grant came back, because while he was still playing well, he took up a roster spot we needed to use on someone younger. (Let's not get into, everyone but KT is younger than Grant, all right?)
I would like to publicly say - I was dead wrong. Guy has been a workhorse all year, and every player nteh league should aspire to showing the ethic Grandpa H. does
Keep him and Nash forever. My new motto

Re: Game 46: Phoenix Suns (23-22) @ Miami Heat (33-11)
Honestly, after rewatching this game, I'm not too upset about it.
It's hard to beat a team when you have to try your hardest for 4 quarters, and they just have to try for 7 minutes.
That's how effing good this Heat squad is. After that timeout, they went super saiyan and just smoked us.
Nothing you can do there, guys. You have to be almost perfect to beat Miami at home. They've won 14 straight at home, and they've done the "oh man...do we have to TRY now?" act many many times.
So yeah. I'm not too upset about this loss.
