Who is Bill Tastle?

Embarrassing question time. I've been busy, just getting home to watch a bit of a game, posting from my office or on the road in a quiet time, but I have apparently missed something. When did Rick Sund get replaced with Bill Tastle? Has he always been with the Hawks and I just missed him? Did he get hired recently? Did Sund get married and change his name?

I honestly have no idea either.

From what google told me he is a pretty busy man. He is the Atlanta Spirit, our GM, and also a professor at Ithaca College.

This is confusing. Near as I can figure: wikipedia is wrong, Rick Sund is our GM.

Looking around for Bill Tastle though is the confusing part. It appears he's a professor @ Ithaca College and is someway related to the Atlanta Spirit, LLC ownership group. Haven't figured out how yet though...

You 2 are looking at the same references that I am. Thanks, I fee better. Maybe one reporter accidentally put his name in at GM and a million internet "reporters" picked up the ball and ran?

Only a couple have him listed as GM, most have GM correct and Bill Tastle listed as an owner. He's not part of the Atlanta Spirit Group and as near as I can tell isn't a separate minority owner. It seems like one error that has gotten repeated all over the place.
