Terrence Williams

He was waived. I really liked his game coming out of Louisville. I'd pick him up. He's versatile, young, athletic, and a good ball handler. He's not a very good shooter but that fits right in with the Kings.

We have enough low bbiq, me first, chuckers. No thanks.

I'd rather have less talented players who are smart, team-oriented, and work hard.

No.

We don't need this. If somebody vet, defensive shooter were cut loose and could be picked up cheap, then maybe - if it's stood team guy.

Really like Twill, but just no minutes. I'd much rather just see Honeycutt get time.

Looks like we picked him up
Terrence Williams will sign a 10-day contract with the Kings, according to sources.

Houston waived Williams as the trade deadline.

Williams reportedly prefers playing time as opposed to picking up with a playoff contender.

This makes no sense. Even if he's decent, do we really want to play him over any of Thomas, Evans, Thornton, or Jimmer? He's too small to play the SF consistently and even then, he's a horrible fit there. I'm thinking Petrie doesn't understand the concept of building a winning culture.

I hope this signing isn't implying that Reke is going to be out a lot more than expected. With that said, I’m fine with this signing. I mean, if he blows, no worries, it’s only a 10-day contract.

From what I heard about this guy, he’s really talented. He can handle, pass, rebound, and is athletic as hell. He can be a real gem if he can settle in with a team. I think he can be a nice addition if everything goes well.

The problems I heard is that he has maturity issues and can’t shoot.

How? Assuming we're still interested in developing Jimmer (which I think could eventually pay off) who is he going to play over? He's basically Jermaine Taylor with head issues.

I think he's going to receive most of his minutes at SF. His position is similar like a guy like Salmons. He is a player that can handle the ball and initiate some of the offense. That's exactly what T-Will is going to do here. If T-Will can prove he's a player that we can move forward with, amnestying Salmons will be a no brainer.

He isn't really like Taylor. He's more well-rounded and can be a better player than Taylor imo.

But there is a good chance he can totally whiff this opportunity and tries to do too much and shoot ill-advised Js. Like I said, it's only a 10-day contract. It would be the end of him after the duration of his contract if he f&^! up.

I like it, it's only a ten day contract so its not like its some long term thing wee are stuck with. Low risk move with a possibility (small) that he turns out to be solid for us, but the only thing is he's now our sixth small forward along with Greene, Salmons, Honeycutt, Outlaw, Cisco. Anyone know how he defends?

Makes the Outlaw signing that much more ridiculous. 3 million a year for the next three years. What a crap move.

Outlaw is finding a role with this team now that he's getting some burn.

Like TWill but how does he see minutes coming to him in Sacramento? Maybe he sees Smarts rotation pattern and figures he'll eventually get some time. hahaha.

Yeah I don't see how TWill will get minutes. Garcia is probably better than him and Garcia hasn't played in awhile.

I was thinking more of the we have players who can fill that role without his contract as well as players available off the free agent pile.

One guy I'd like to see the Kings go after is Boris Diaw.

If this was 2006, I'd be all for it.
