Injury Report
LA Clippers - Chauncey Billups, torn left achilles
OKC Thunder - Eric Maynor, torn right ACL

Preview
We all the know happened last time around, but plenty has changed since then. Both teams have been struggling as of late and Clippers do not have Billups in the second game of the series between the two teams. Clippers and the Thunder are coming from disappointing road losses from the night before. The Thunder look for their home crowd to rejuvenate their squad while the Clippers continue to find a solution for their spiraling troubles. The Clippers bench and defense remain two of the main weaknesses. OKC runs a skim bench because their young players can play so many minutes, so how will the Clippers' bench answer? Will Foye get minutes this time? Look for an uptempo game but if Clippers struggle early we may be looking at a similar outcome we saw yesterday.

Our Lucky Charm...

Derek Fisher is going to suit up against us tonight. Might be a good thing for us, haha.

Yo jflipclip could you hook me up with that girl in the photo?

In all seriousness I was wondering if Fisher would play. All he's good for now is making open jump shots and bringing leadership. I hope we can play a complete game this evening.
I've been an LA Clipper fan since 1998 and that will never change. I hate our new logo and jerseys!

Caron has been given the night off. Foye and Young will start on the wings.

3 of the easiest baskets the Thunder will probably ever score.

We're just letting Westbrook shoot where he wants?

Westbrook's jumpers are hitting nothing but the bottom of the net.

Down 18-10 already. 7-8 shooting for OKC led by Westbrook having 7 without missing on any of his 3 attempts! 4 easy lay-ups started the night for the Thunder and the Clippers defense is atrocious on the game so far. On the flip side, they are doing pretty well on offense, Randy Foye has started out real well and glad to see Young hit his opening shot, he is also positioning himself really well. Griffin passed up on a shot or two he should have taken as well.

Refs don't give Blake the basket, but it still ended up being a 4 point play.

2:36 to go and the game is now tied at 29. Clippers finally started getting some stops and grabbing rebounds, while still firing at all cylinders on offense. It does not like two teams that flew into OKC past midnight after playing last night in the slightest.

Clippers are 6-8 from three (4-8 from inside the arc), OKC is 11-17 from the field, epic. Foye has 13 points while Durant and Westbrook have combined for 18.

Loving Young in there so far.

We need to start hitting the boards harder and not give up the easy baskets. We're hitting from outside, but can that be expected to be maintained? Probably not. OKC can expect to keep getting up shots though.

OKC: 33
LAC: 30

Clippers cut the lead to 3 after trailing by 7+ early on. Thunder are shooting 12-21 from the field to counter the Clippers 6-8 from behind the arc. 13-5 rebounding advantage for the Thunder as well. Westbrook has cooled off and is now 3-8 from the field, around what I expected. Martin is playing nice D off the bench as well with a block & steal. Also liked the zone by VDN. Get a few more stops and keep it going on offense Clips!

33-30 Thunder after 1. Both teams have shot well to begin the game. Clips are shooting 52.6% with 6 of 8 from beyond the arc (Foye: 3/4, Paul: 2/3). OKC is currently outrebounding us 12-5 with 5 offensive rebounds. They have been getting to the line (2nd in total attempts in the league). It's going to be a battle for us to pull this one out.
