Bringing him back was also the right move because it brought some stability and the right energy. Utah couldn't wait to unload him, that's how bad he was...

He was still a great Laker considering all he brought to the team, but we didn't do anybody a service by starting him for so long.
Well, the FO tried to find Fisher's replacement with Crittenton and Farmar. Those plans just didn't work out.
To share the blame around goes to Phil Jackson, his coaching staff, and Farmar. I remember reading Farmar just seemed to be fighting how to play within the Triangle after spending years learning how to play a different way especially when he was at UCLA. If we still had Farmar now instead of Blake, maybe we would have been better off.
