I've just been regulated to the fact that it is what it is. Maybe this makes me a Kobe apologist but the same rare drive, arrogance and self confident ball hogging narcism has put
Kobe in the GOAT conversations and @ age 33 I think his personality and behavioral tendencies are set, this guy will always believe he can be the hero and he wont ever change. Even if he evolves his game and defers ala Tim Duncan then people will point out the dimished stats and suggest he is washed up, Kobe isn't going to be able to play a particular brand of perfect basketball that will please everyone. Don't get me wrong I've sworn outloud at the tv telling him to pass the ball. I think the dude doesn't just want to win championships, he wants to win them being the man on the team.

FWIW, I think Kobe did a better job of letting Sessions facilitate for himself, as well as for the team, yesterday. Got Kobe some nice looks in his sweet spots, plus some nice open shots off of solid ball movement.

Agreed, I was shocked to see Kobe letting him do so much. I thought I was gonna see Sessions out there with a leash

If Kobe really grasps this concept it will probably prolong his career.
