The Cats have DJ, Henderson and Maggette healthy now. With BB playing well it isn't out of the question that their tank might stall.

Turmoil in Jersey, they could very-well close that 4-game gap. NOH did not start improving with the return of Kamen.

New Jersey 15 30 20 ½
Sacramento 14 29 20 ½
Washington 10 33 24 ½
New Orleans 10 34 25
Charlotte 6 36 28

Yeah I'm worried that we'll catch up to NJ and Sacto now with Nene giving us a legit quality NBA C.

Higga, Nene is the tank buster. I will be shocked if the Wizards don't pass both Sacto and NJ before the end of the season.

Yup. We'll definitely catch NJ. Sacramento might also put together a late run so they may stay ahead of us.

Here is our remaining schedule. I think we'll have a better read on how we'll do after tonight. The dreadful Nets were hanging with us through til the 3rd period and we only had one more rebound than them. X-Factor? Orlando and Miami resting starters as they approach the playoffs.

Where are you getting this from? The Wiz and NOH have 11 wins. Sac has 17 wins. The Cats have 7 wins.

You may be right.

But I have a slightly different take on it. The team looks a whole
lot better without the 2 knuckleheads and the lazy-ass other guy.

I posted our schedule in last nights games thread in a back2back manner to help organize expectations, here's what that looks like:

This board gets way way way too up for wins and way way way too low for losses. The team stinks, it just emptied out some knuckleheads and pounded another up and down garbage team. We have a billion back to backers coming, a huge chunk of them road games. We will lose plenty and hold onto a bottom 3 finish no problem.

3/22: Vs Ind B2B

3/24: Vs Atl
3/25: @ Bos
3/26: Vs Det B3B

3/29: @ Ind
3/30: Vs Philly B2B

4/1: @ Tor
4/2: Vs Mil B2B

4/4 Vs Ind
4/5 @ Det
4/6: @ NJ B3B

4/9: @ Char
4/10: Vs Orl B2B

4/13: @ NYK
4/14: Vs Cle B2B

4/16: @ Chi

4/18: Vs Mil

4/21: Vs Mia

4/23: Vs Cha

4/25: @ Cle
4/26: Vs Mia B2B

I think w/that schedule a 4-17 to 7-14 finish is the most likely scenario.

The Wizards still have nothing at the 3 spot. They have Chuck at the 2. that should be enough to keep the tank rolling even if it slows down a little.

Looks like 16-50 to 18-48 final record to me, which is right where i predicted before the season (15-51, then added 2 "wtf wins" to boost it to 17-49 if memory serves (we got that against OKC, and in another game, might get another in the finale against Miami where they may be resting guys, need them to be fighting for the 1 seed at the final hurdle, right now they're 3 out.

Great to see that Nene has fully bought into the Tank plan.

 the pass to Collison on the inbounds

we must lose to Charlotte when we get the chance

this team is horrible in back to backs... i think with two back to back to backs will help with the tank GREATLY.

Was listening to some Vegas radio guys tonight and they said, take New Orleans straight up, the clippers are imploding, basically going into "quit on Del Negro" mode. Wish I'd listened to him. Glad it helps us.

Advantage in schedule, back to backers, etc. Now advantage in talent. Looking very good. Need to lock down #2 at worst, at all costs.

The Raps and Nets both got their 17th win today. Interestingly they now have just as many wins as the Cavs.
