I would be absolutely thrilled if Detroit got Barnes at 7.

But Fab Melo at 11? I don't think so...

Portland is in a bit of a quandary with that pick in that scenario because all of the best players are power forwards and I have them drafting Beal earlier. They could use a point guard, but I don't know if Lilliard is the best fit. Fab is pretty underrated too and would really be a nice fit next to Aldridge.

Dont only look at size and athleticism.

Fab Melo is super super raw offensively and if u are not too sure, look at his rebounding numbers in college. 5.8 rebounds per game and 7.8 points

I dunno i think Dieng from Louisville Cardinals are too underrated compared to Fab Melo. He averaged 4 more rebounds a game and 3+ blocks, 6'11" with a 7'4" wingspan, numbers are identical to John Henson (or better than Drummond, PJIII) most lottery picks./........but projected at late 2nd round?????

I think most people have him in next year (Dieng). Melo is raw (really raw) but he has the potential to be an impact player immediately because of his athleticism. I think Portland is the only one who would take him in that range, though. I think I had him at 17 before.

Dieng? He is 22 already.....i think if he declares this year, he'll be picked higher. And the Louisville Cardinals are doing well anyway, why not?

BTW, i like ur projection on Leonard. Chad Ford and Draftexpress.com have him in the 15th-18th range, but nbadraft.net and draftinsider have him in the top 10

I think his stock will only rise. He will impress for sure in the Draft Combine(measurements and athelticism testings?) and teams workout. He has workout warrior all over him

Dieng should declare this year, he has high chanes of being pick at the 1st round, Miami/Chicago/Indiana, he fits properly in everyone of them.

BTW the pick that GSW buy from Atlanta was their 2nd round, GSW owns Spurs 1st, Nets second, and Hawks second.

Daequan Cook > William Buford. Pretty sure Reggie Jackson > William Buford too. Don't think there's any room on the team for Buford. If I'm Presti, given your draft scenario I'd take Nicholson as Mohammed is done. I also like Jeff Taylor on a bpa basis. Teague would also be interesting as it'll be difficult keeping Maynor long term.
notSonics 2016
Starters - Trey, Roberson, KD, Ibaka, Adams
Rotation - Payne, Waiters, Green, McGary, Kanter
Bench - Collison, Christon, Brodgon, Huestis
Stash - Johnson, Abrine
Cut - Morrow
Trade - Singler
Draft - Brogdon
FA - Green

I don't think GS would pick a shooting guard. We like Klay a lot and we have other needs. We're also supposedly interested in signing Roy if he decides to make a comeback (our GM was formerly his agent).

If that was our board I think Henson, Sullinger, Leonard, or even Zeller would be the pick.

I think Lamb would work well at small forward if he puts on 10 or 15 pounds. But you know more about the Warriors than me, so you are probably right.
