If non-bloody emesis (from stomach) - easily from apparent concussion. He is getting MR head & C-spine as we speak to R/O subdural hematoma, intracerebral bleed, cerebral contusion, epidural hematoma.

If coughing blood, fractured rib with pneumothorax, pulmonary contusion.

I am sure he has arrived at closest shock-trauma unit & getting evaluated head to foot.

Any new update on Mickael?

Very tough thing to see. Prayers going up for him definitely. It didn't look good, at all, but hopefully it's one of those things that looks a LOT worse than it actually is.

entire sixers team gets together and says prayer for peitris. I hate them a little less, that was classy. Lebron would be putting on a dance show on the sideline acting like he hit his head making fun of pietris with wade.

I'm not a huge fan of LeBron & Wade either but he's not like that.

I remember when Rodney Stuckey collapsed during a game when LeBron was back in Cleveland and LeBron led both teams in a prayer for Rodney.

From a supposed reliable source, just reading now he has a questionable closed head injury. Wiki'd it and it's not good folks, I hope it's not true.

Closed head injuries are a type of traumatic brain injury in which the skull and dura mater remain intact. Closed head injuries are the leading cause of death in children under 4 years old and the most common cause of physical disability and cognitive impairment in young people.[1][2] Overall, closed head injuries and other forms of mild traumatic brain injury account for about 75% of the estimated 17 million brain injuries that occur annually in the United States.[3] Brain injuries such as closed head injuries may result in lifelong physical, cognitive, or psychological impairment and, thus, are of upmost concern with regards to public health [4]

Thanks for the reply. I figured you would have some insight. Hopefully his mobility returns to normal. Seems like he could move at first, so there wasn't any severe nerve damage that would cause instantaneous paralysis.
I don't believe in statistics. There are too many factors that can't be measured. You can't measure a ballplayer's heart. -Red Auerbach

Oh my god. The only thing I can do now is just pray for Mickael.

Right now it's not about the Celtics, they're irrelevant. It's about Mickael, praying that he's ok and that he'll recover.

To be fair to Lebron, when they played Detroit and Rodney Stuckey went down, he got all the guys together to say a prayer for him... Peaches is one of my favorite Magicians, and I completely understand how you guys are enthralled by his personality. He's a big kid, I love him, and I pray that he's okay.

Praying it's nothing like that. I just pray that he can live a normal life again. Screw hoping he can play basketball again, I just hope he'll be ok.
