that and in spite of the eventual failure, it was pretty close and
he hit the shot. It was a split sec late. Hail the tank.

Why do people hate it when our guys celebrate after a close win? :(

Anyway, I'm a Pacer fan and I come in peace. To me it was obvious that you were trying to tank. Actually, this was the best move for both teams, I guess. Any win that you get, gets you further from the #1 pick. Any loss that we get, moves us farther away from home court advantage in the playoffs. At least, that's my take.

Kevin Seraphin is a good player. I watched him with Caja Laboral during the lockout and with the French national team in the summer. I agree that he deserves a starting spot. He'll be a good NBA player in the future.

'cause it's in our house and a game we should have probably won
and against a team that we have not beaten in a while. Other than
that, I have no major problem with it. It's not like you guys are
the Heat/Nix/Lakers or some other team with a bunch of
bandwagon jumping obnoxious fans. I hope the Pacers knock
the Heat out of the playoffs. I would really enjoy that.

I completely don't get this. Why is every freakin injury the fault of the
medical staff?

Do we even know what Book may have said to anyone?
It's not clear from what I've seen so far.

It's not that they were celebrating so much as it was how. They have a right to be happy after a hard fought win. But the rehearsed dances and stuff leave a bad taste in the mouth of opposing fans and opposing teams. It's not something you'd see classy or veteran players doing. And it's unwise; it's the sort of stuff that tends to earn harder fouls or Bowen-footing under jumpshooters down the line.

Either either scored or assisted on probably 80% of 15 pts we scored. He became selfish because no one else was doing squat in the 2nd half. Unfortunately for him, that means he becomes "OC".

I also noticed that Wall pulled up on a number of initial breaks
and tried to run offense. In the not too distant past, he would
have forced a 1 on 3 in the paint and probably failed.

I think John is smarter than JaVale in a number of important
ways that should bode well for his future in the assoc.

Actually, Wall's play in the 3rd quarter was the problem. Overdribbling and a lack of ball movement led to bad shots. No one else can score or get into a rhythm if Wall won't move the ball.

How did we lose this? I peeked at the score near half time and i was like WOW FRICKEN BLOW OUT RIGHT THERE! And then later in the day i checked the full time score on my phone and had to refresh two or three times because i thought it was wrong.

In any case, a good loss to get the tank tracks back on this thing

Well, in fairness, we took Mike Pence off their hands. Taking back Mahinmi is the least they can do.

The bad offense started in the 2nd quarter. After we started off quick we lost momentum at the start of the 2nd and never got it back. We scored 17 in the 2nd and 15 in the 3rd....Wall didn't help, but the problem started with him out of the game. We finally started to rebuild our lead in the 3rd when he took a few shots...he had a stretch where he scored 5 pts and picked up an assist on which stretched the lead back out to 10. I don't absolve him totally thought....I hate when he walks it up the floor.

I see. Fair enough. I didn't see the rehearsed dances but the feed was cut after the end of the game.

Your point is valid. But to be honest we don't have a lot of veteran players. Most of our players are quite young. Also, I think that a number of them has embarked into a celebrating mission after DRose's comments back in January.

But I can see your point :)

Yeah, I can agree with this point as well. Thanks for the wishes by the way. I don't think that we can beat the Heat but let's hope for the best :D
