As a Buss supporter, I'm glad some people are starting to see the light, or at least be a lot more open minded to Jim.

Even if he only has half the intelligence and savvy of his dad (again, I'm saying hypothetically when I say only) with a 15 - year on the job learning process under Jerry Buss, Jerry West, Mitch Kupchak, and Magic - plus access to Phil Jackson, Bill Bertka, Ronnie Lester, etc. ... that's quite a mentoring squad and resume for his position for the on the job learning while still working with Kupchak and Jerry still making the ultimate decisions.

Also, if people are going to slam Jim Buss for his perceived disrespect of Phil Jackson, why does Jackson essentially get a free pass on his disrespect for Jerry West and his helping push him out of the Laker organization?

I will also add, if we were still running the triangle, no Ramon Sessions - or Sessions - like - point guard would have been brought in to facilitate things for the big three.
