I just realized that in the last 5 games or so, I haven't seen many "we need to trade Roy" comments.

We don't need to trade Hibbert. We can also not match his offer sheet...

If he can do the same things in the playoffs while not giving up 5 easy baskets or so, I might change my opinion. I highly doubt it though.
When I look at games like these, I still see the same weaknesses of our players no matter what basic stats they produce. Danny 'tunnelvision' Granger, Roy 'give me 5 seconds' Hibbert, Paul 'where is my ball' George.
Ok, I'm making it sound worse than it is, but I just want them to create a team that I think can be the best of all. It's nothing personal. Roy is a superdude, just not the player I would take as my center.
I have felt like this since the day he was drafted. The fact we might sign him into a big contract this offseason just makes me a lot more active on the trade Roy front.

This team will be able to work out or cover up its weaknesses a lot better next season with a full offseason and another year of experience under the belts of some enviable young talent.

Just noticed that Granger has been heating up the past few games.

Last five games...

33.2 Minutes
21.8 Points
6.4 Rebounds
2.2 Assists
1.0 Steal

6.4-13.8 FG's Made-Attempted(46.4%)
2.2-3.8 Three Pointers Made-Attempted(57.9%)
6.8-7.2 FT's Made-Attempted(94.4%)

4 of the 5 teams are competing for a spot in the playoffs.

He shot 39.5% in January, 38.9% in February and he's shooting 43.1% in March. He's also gone from 4.3 rebounds in both January and February to 5.6 rebounds in March.

Could be hitting his stride at the right time.

I find it ironic that this thread contains no Collison hate at all

And I am left with nothing but an oath that gleams like a sword
To bathe in the blood of man
Mankind..."

Allow me to try.

Why does this Collison barely shows up? If he can give that kind of effort in a game, why doesn't he do it more? So far games like these have been the exception.

IMO he just did what he had to do: trying to exploit an easier matchup for him.
He did great.

Damn, I failed. Not enough hate.
