T Rob can only play the PF in the NBA

He cannot be the starting 4 on our team, it is one thing to dominate the Sullinger and likes..it is another to go against the Griffins, Aldridges, Boozers and them on a nightly basis with his game.

If we were to draft him it would be to replace Ed Davis then,

Would we draft T.Rob to be a rebounder that knocks down the occasional J? as Ed Davis is just unable to do so consistently

Would be a Waste of a pick in my opinion.

For this draft we should purely focus on a wing unless of course we win the AD sweepstake!

All three top power forwards .. Davis, Robinson, Sullinger... would start right away ahead of bargnani and Ed Davis.

I just cannot see how T.Rob or Sullinger would start over Bargnani..especially Sullinger with his below the rim play and limited range at this point.

The only thing T.Rob has on Bargs could be the efffort toward rebounding, nothing else!
I am sticking with Bargs there..

Undefeated wrote:Aren't Tyler Zeller and John Henson better and longer defenders than the likes of Blake Griffin, LaMarcus Aldridge, Carlos Boozer and Chris Bosh? Because Thomas Robinson had no problem dismantling the Tar Heels front court in the Elite 8. There aren't that many bigs like T-Rob who can gracefully harness that strength playing inside-outside and outside-inside. He's shown he can drag the taller defender all the way to the top of the key or foul-line, and knock down that 18-foot jumper with ease. Tyler Zeller had absolutely no answer for T-Rob shooting jumpers over him or putting the ball on the deck and blowing by him for up-and-under lay-ups. He destroyed Perry Jones III in the two season match-ups as well. I'm not T-Rob's biggest fan, but he's shown he can play with the big boys giving up inches to them. There should be no reason to doubt T-Rob's size. The guy plays with heart. And that's all that matters.

John Henson is an average defender against good NCAA teams. He either gets a block or takes himself totally out of the play. He is often totally out of position,

Why do you care who is better next year? Should we not be looking who will be better in 3-4 years?

If Bargs is the super asset that you claim he can be traded for an effective 1-2 or 3. And if he can't be traded for an effective 1-2 or 3, then maybe he is not as good as you think.

This is a really crappy version of national anthem, for real.

I wanted Bargs traded last summer, but he showed me something new when the season started.
That injury and no training camp took a lot out of him.

Bargs is not exactly an old man either, 26/27 is still young enough with the way he plays.
Plus we will never have to worry about him wanting to leave, asking for trades publicly and things of that nature.
