The Arizona House Bill 2549 is an extension of the current telephone harassment law which considers it a crime to harass, annoy or offend someone personally or publicly via phone. With this update it will also apply to the Internet at large and as well as any other electronic device, meaning direct or indirect contact with someone that the state deems "offensive" will be illegal.

Nothing like old politicians who dont even know how to use a computer and dont use a computer to know whats best for those of us that do.

Almost as bad as McCain (who admitted he doesnt use a computer due to his "War Injuries"). Last year he was pushing for the "Internet Freedom Act", which would give ISP's the authority to regulate and police themselves (aka Capping users speed that they deemed as excessive). It was the exact opposite of Internet Freedom.

Trying to police the internet is a no-no, and i know Anonymous is already getting involved with this one.
