If you mean this season, there'd be nothing gained firing him this far into it, I'll imagine he gets 1 more year then gets removed.

I never did understand why Ebanks never got a better shot in the rotation. You would think Brown would have been able to find him some playing time, perhaps with Barnes at SG and Ebanks at SF. Adding that kind of length is a major problem for opposing offenses and Ebanks game would have translated well with what the Lakers are doing in transition.

Off the bench without Kobe scaring him from really doing anything Ebanks could have benefited dramatically from Sessions.

I don't agree with this fully. I agree that the team's success in the playoffs will determine whether or not Brown is around next season, but we could probably make it to the WCF, get bounced, and his job would still be safe. Anything less than a WCF and I think you'd have to consider your options, but if there isn't a better replacement then you have to keep Brown.

This isn't the Clippers franchise. Every season it is expected for the Lakers to win rings. Jim Buss even went on record in saying Kobe could win 2 more rings.

mike brown isnt the problem per se, but our assistant coaches are Quin Snyder, John Keuster and Darvin Ham...who are these people?? Wasn't keuster the one that led the pistons to another failed season? if we fire brown, keuster would be in charge throughout playoffs and idk if i can handle that haha.

also Chuck Person as defensive specialist? Really? wasn't he known as "The Rifleman"? lol

at this point , make valient effort in the playoffs, use some timewarner money, pay off browns contract, and hope to stan van jeremy gets canned and go after that guy...the players will end up hating him too, but itll take the remainder of kobes contract for that to occur...
