America has gotten way too sensitive to the point where free speech is going to completely be a thing of the past. I highly doubt this law will pass considering how it hinders against our constitutional rights and its too broad of a law. Different things offend different people, and if trolling really gets under your skin that much you probably have the lowest self esteem imaginable. If someone is offensive to the majority of the users, you just ban them! Simple as that! Police should not be involved whatsoever unless a direct threat or something of that nature is involved.

This is the entire reason boards have mods in the first place to filter out those that purposely pester or offend the board. Arizona is really reaching on this one and I think its gonna get shot down. This police state kind of nonsense is really being pushed hard the past several years.
