How is that possible? I figured the box score was wrong! Talk about poor rebounding for a big.

OTOH, Collison looks like an All-Star, according to the stats....

just curious, what are you basing this comment off of?

and nice word "petulant" btw. good word. caught me off guard lol.

The first game McGee was out John Wall played with the most enthusiasm I have ever seen. He couldn't stop smiling that game. He had an ear-to-ear grin. I don't know, maybe he wasn't a Nick Young fan.

I also recall reading a post by someone who said they met Wall and asked him about Javale, and John's answer was something to the effect of "Javale is still learning the game". I took it to mean Wall was not a fan of Javale's game at all. That first game in chat we all came to the conclusion Wall was happy McGee was gone--I didn't reach that conclusion alone.

ST21, I surprise myself sometimes. :D

Howard Cosell once called Muhammed Ali petulant. Ali's response: "Whatever that means if it's good I'm that".

Oh God the spin, Nick Young yet haunts the Verizon Center.

edit: It's also interesting that the Wizards seem to get the better of the much more restrained offensive quarters now. Not an enormous shock given the offensive options available.

Ridiculous. His 2nd out of control 360 that was missed and then he didn't hustle back on defense as Barbosa scores in transition.

Why is Randy not sitting Wall.

He sat Nick for that exact some move. And Nick had made them in the past.

Instead of Wall figuring out those are the moves that aren't working, he ups the anti and tries something even harder.

Count me as not impressed. Wall is the dumbest player on the court tonight. Not something you expect from a second year number 1 pick who is a PG and supposed to be a team leader.

Anyone who has the game on a DVR can go back to that ABSURD 360 and check out Randy Whitman. He literally did a facepalm.

Wall has to attack to hoop stronger like Westbrook. Then he will get the calls. He attacks it with finese & tricks. He should get more calls than anyone because he's the fastest so it looks like he's taking off like a rocket but then he kinda goes soft when he gets there and does some stupid spin stuff. The refs arent going to bail him out

Brian Cook goal tends, takes the ball coast to coast, the result is positive. Pavlov was mankind's greatest criminal.

JJ, you are gaining credibility as it becomes more obvious there is much validity to your arguments against the hometown hero.

This performance tonight by a #1 overall pick is shocking.

Talent without the wisdom to use it.

Sounds like McGee to me.

They were in this game. Now almost down by 20. Nice work John. Fearless leader.

Has Crawford scored in the second half ?

same Wiz and same bad Witt adjustments. Every single halftime we seem to come out with all iso plays and get destroyed. Never can run an offense in the 2nd half or 4th quarters

A good sign: Even in the midst of the team getting blown out, Nene just applauded Mason on that pump fake followed by a made shot from the corner.

I like Nene's encouragement there. He's not mad about Wall or the team just getting killed.

JJ always had cred in my book. I would add you CCJ, DCWiz and a few others as most credible.

Behind me of course :D

The ball stuck in Wall's hands a lot. Witt didn't adjust with Singleton getting killed by Granger. Not sure if Martin would have done any better but that sub could have been made early. Obviously, Wall should have been on the bench after the first 360.

It just seems to me the Pacers collectively decided they are much better than the Wizards. George and Amundsen stepped up. Dantay Jones is killing. They are getting whatever the want now.

Good news is more ping pong balls. Young guys are playing.

Come on Ves. Have to either make that or get the foul. Take it stronger.
