The Knicks have been great since Wooden took over.
They're on a hot streak, nothing more - much like when Lin first starting getting playing time earlier this season. Ask Hawks fans if they think Woodson is a great coach.
yeah not contenders but teams on the verge of contending...The clippers if they keep Paul (Vinny's out), the Knicks are looking for a coach, two off the top on the up and upProlific Scorer wrote:Blue_and_Whte wrote:Prolific Scorer wrote:Stan probably knows he's lost the team, and most likely known this for a while. Yup, he can take a year off, sign with a contender and win a title before we do.
Yeah, but what contenders are in need of a coaching change?
"I just think everybody needs to stop talking about it," Howard said. "There's more to life than free throws."

I didn't say Wooden was a good coach, just that D'Antoni was that bad and they have the talent. and now they have a coach that at least likes his guys to play some defense and they're playing better. they're a better team than us IMO.
