In your opinion will these things get fixed by the playoffs, or will it take a few more years? Maybe we have a roster deficiency?

I think it's a coaching issue.

I really don't want us to lose in the playoffs, but if that is what it takes to get a good coach or assistants like Ron Adams back, then I'm taking it because it benefits us greatly.
