Rockets @ Lakers 930 LATE GAME

Post#1 » by rocketsballin » Sat Apr 7, 2012 2:23 am

starting backcourt still out. lakers are healthy for the most part. this a road game too, and the start of the very last brutal stretch of the season. fortunately the rockets got 3 days off, the first 3 days off this season. good time to practice and rest.

hope camby remains the starting center. for those that dont know, sammy d had the flu, so thats why he's been lack luster recent games

Latest update on lowry - Apr 5 Lowry (infection/groin) is hopeful he'll play again this season, the Houston Chronicle reports. [insert std joke here]

now for our pre-game warmups

Come on, Rockets - don't make me say "We've got to find a way to contain MWP"

Just don't guard with him with someone that weighs 205 lbs...

That is kinda funny, you're lineup doesn't really have a single wing that can guard him. That's **** hilarious honestly. You can matchup with so many players but not MWP.

Rockest announce team discussing Kobe's non-travel call and foul call just now

Matt Bullard: "What's it like to get every call?"

Clyde Drexler: "It feels good!"

Not with Parsons on Kobe. Even then MWP would be a difficult assignment when he just goes all bulldog like that.

It's so weird to actually see Matt Barnes play. I just know him as "that guy used as filler in every Lakers trade on the T&T board."

He's sadly our best bench player.

Really? Dude - your guys aren't going to do anything against the likes of OKC or San Antonio if that is the case. I'm guessing that with at least two or three years in the Kobe window open they need to address the bench.

Have they used their Amnesty?

Better question - do they have any Amnesty candidates who would open enough cap room to build some depth?

Speaking of depth...I don't care how much we have - our guys just look flat worn out.

I wouldn't say that I mean we play 4 guys full starter minutes so it's not as big of a deal in the playoffs.

Return to Houston Rockets
