there are some very dumb posters on that board. seems like certain fan bases are magnets for these dumb posters.

Good morning everyone, last night Good Friday got a little nuts for family get together. My dad and I had been renovating the living room and bar and finished in time. I sort of knew it would happen because the bar now looks completely different, looks bigger and fancier, dad deserves it. However, as the drinks kept stacking (Johnny Walker - Green Label, Guiness, and a few shots of Patron) and the karaoke kept going, I found myself pissed drunk with my uncles and dad by about 11-11:30.

Passed out somewhere between 4am and 6am, then woke up at 9:40pm confused and still semi-drunk. I jumped in the shower when I saw the time, got the first threads I could and zoomed to work. I had to open the store at 10am as usual, made it there at 9:58pm, did the opening procedures in two mins then opened the store exactly at 10, as if nothing happened. However, mentally i'm still not at work. I don't feel drunk but still have that feeling that I'm still coming down, as if the hangover hasn't hit, which I'm sure it will before I'm gone.

I tried packing myself a bowl on my way to work but I realized I had none. I know a bowl would've made me feel that much better and not so like i'm approaching hangover-ville. Thankfully the locksmith (between 60-70 yrs old) a few stores down, has it available at all times so I managed to obtain some and now it's 10:40 and I must say I'm feeling pretty fine and mellow. Even got my yellow Gatorade by my side so I think I'll be fine.

Also, on my journey to getting trashed on Good Friday I saw the feature on the Dodgers' opening day on FSW. It was nice to see to learn about the 62 Dodgers and what that meant for Los Angeles. After seeing that feature, I don't know why but I want to see baseball games. I think I'll be a Dodgers fan, I've never rooted for the Angels except for the their first title because they were underdogs and it would've been cool to have a baseball title in Cali. However, I root for the Dodgers from way way way far away, in other words if I would watch Baseball it's gotta be a Dodgers game and it's gotta be because of some friend/family wanting to see the game. So I think I'll be trying to catch a few games at Dodger Stadium this season.

As do I but for a hangover I've been recommended yellow Gatorade a few times, though I think it may be a more mental thing. Let me contact a friend

I recommend a good bowl of Pho (Vietnamese noodle soup) for a cure for hangovers.

There's not really any hangover cure, but most of what you feel is the effects of dehydration and drug abuse. Gatorade really does help with dehydration bc it has fluids and salts (electrolytes). The best way to stop a hangover is have a glass or two of water before bed, Gatorade works as well and I'd recommend it if you didn't eat much and/or threw up.

As far as color goes, no idea, but seems like a myth because of imagine the "active ingredients" in all Gatorade flavors of the same type (is it G2 now?) are the same.

 Drug abuse made me laugh. Thank Dr. Gek! I should've drank that glass of water. I did eat enough and didn't throw up, I usually don't.
