Remaining Games for playoff position

Post#1 » by SD2042 » Mon Apr 9, 2012 1:33 am

We have 11 games left in play. These teams the Grizz will play against will not be easy. I think best case scenario the Grizz will go 8-3 with the losses coming from the Spurs, Jazz, and Blazers. Worse case scenario 7-4 with the extra loss coming from either one of the Hornets game or Magic.

Celtics fan here.. I think you guys can get an 9-2 record. With that said obviously in the west you can finish 5-6 but you guys SHOULD go 8-3ish. I really hope you guys take over that 4 seed & kill the Clips first round. I think yo guys could upset anyone & you guys are my upset teams. I'm hoping WCF with beating the Clips in the first round then the Spurs in the 2nd round again lol. If Timmy guards Gasol, Randolph will kill & vice versa. I'm pumped for you guys.

Good luck!

They have some tough games in there, but many lower tier teams.

But the West is really tight right now. Grizzlies should try to win them all, they are capable in doing so.

If everything breaks the Grizz's way, then the 3rd spot may even be in play

I posted it in the Suns game thread but I would limit Gasol's minutes wherever I could to keep him rested going into the playoffs. I just think that he has carried a bigger load this season physically with Randolph being out and some time to get the bumps and bruises managed would be a good thing.

I'm not concerned about where they finish. They proved last season that it doesn't really matter what teams they play. They will have to go through the tough teams regardless if they want to once again go deep into the playoffs.
