Always the plan to go to a 4 man rotation for April after the first 6 games. Most probably Cecil gets the call in May.

Jays are 7th and the Indians are 25th. Why would the 7th best team struggle against the 25th best team? One of these rankings has to be wrong.

I'm not sure why this has you perplexed, Astro's won their series and they're still 30th and that seems perfectly reasonable to me. Recent games are heavily weighted, but power rankings are subjective and based on the opinions of the writers more than anything. I don't see why the series result somehow makes the two rankings incompatible.

Beefore the games were played, the Jays were 12th, and the Indians were 8th.

This is professional baseball. Even the worst teams in the game can beat the best teams 1/3 of the time.

Not to mention that those are power rankings developed by ESPN and not any real appraisement of team value.
