For those who have been following him all season, JV gave another indication of how his game has grown since last summer. Last year, he hardly had a post game. During the first half to two thirds of this season, he almost always pivoted to his left in the post. Now he's starting to pivot right as well. That last FG was a nice example of something we're going to see more often - his ability to go either left or right in the post, which will make him harder to guard one on one and harder to double team (which side does the second defender cut off?).
He also his a mid-range jumper. When he takes that shot, you really feel it's going in. His mechanics are smooth. You quake in your shoes when Ed Davis takes the same shot.
2019 will never be forgotten because FLAGS FLY FOREVER
