We need some dribble penetration. Ish and Von are the only ones that can do that.

J-Rich doesn't do well when he dribbles. He's basically a catch and shoot player now.

Seriously though, Ryan and J-Rich need to come off the bench. BBD and Redick would help this team so much more from the starting lineup.
