That is
lame when they do that...he is ready now. I know I will keep my wavier wire low for the time he can be picked off the wire in my two leagues.

I need a catcher who can rake bad....

Erick Aybar SS, Angels is about to sign a 4 year deal guaranteeing him $35 million. Someone help me out, here. Why are the Angels doing this?

Remember when the Cardinals (and their fans) accused the Brewers of cheating at home?

6.8 runs/game at home through 10 and with nobody out in the 2nd inning, they already have 6 runs tonight and look like they'll hang 10+. Unless their offense just completely stops tonight, they'll be at well over 7 runs/game at home.

4.23 runs/game on the road.

Small sample, but ridiculous.

Weaver is doing various things to a horrendous Twins lineup through 6...

Harper stole home on a throw to first.

Still don't like him. Hope he busts.

Didn't like him when he was drafted but he's quickly becoming one of my favorite players. Can't hate the passion he has for the game.

I bought MLB.tv just so I could watch every Harper at-bat. There is nothing I don't love about how he plays the game.

I was watching the Nats game on Friday night, and while the announcers are somewhat inclined to say homer-ish things about their own team, they had noted that Bryce grew up tremendously in just this past year and is a real standup guy in the clubhouse.

That's the problem that I have/had with him. Maybe it's in the past now. I actually haven't seen him play since he got called up.

Yeah, he seemed like a real d-bag. I saw an interview and was impressed, so maybe he has changed.

I've never heard about him being a bad clubhouse guy. More as one of those guys who'll show up the pitcher, talk **** to the other team, etc. I actually love that, so long as you back it up on the field.

If he plays his ass off and produces, he can do and say whatever he wants IMO.

Some of the plays he's made this season have made me giggle. He's already had two assists on bang-bang plays from left that should have been outs if he'd have any help. An excellect play at the wall and now the steal of home.

I'm so completely jealous he isn't on our team.

Also, I would love to see more not-Jeter's in MLB. The image conscious superstars we have now are disgustingly boring.

I view Harper as a Lawrie type. Cocky and confident in his abilities. I don't see anything wrong with that.
