New Comm Thread is awesome, I love the name of it, in honor of BT. I saw futurama the other day and saw his avy live in the show, in tripped me out and reminded me of BT.

I like Grilled Cheese with butter on the bread before commencing with the grilling.

I like going on post rants, however I more so like it when one of you guys goes on post rants, they can very interesting. I either learn something, lqtm, lol, or nod in approval or in rare cases, turn into the Hulk :roll:

I started a new diet a week ago to change things up a bit. Eating more fresh fruits and veggies. I ate mangos, papayas, bananas, jackfruits, and grapefruits today. Once a week, will just go vegan kind of like snaq. Eventually I like to go for a no red meat, no protein, no dairy diet.

Then after my workout, I went straight to sleep. First time I ever had a dream about KFC and fried chicken.

I started eating less red meat for a while, it was awesome just got lazy and it stopped doing it, kept going the easy route and just getting fast food :nonono:

I just want the fried crispy ****. And some waffles. Gawd, I miss Roscoes Chicken and Waffles.

But, I just made myself some hot oatmeal. That's... just as good.

Now I know I gotta change my ways. I was doing so well, that was right around the time my mom got me on Almond Milk, her and my sister were eating super healthy for a while and in my pursuit of satisfying my munchies there was nothing healthy alternatives like trail nut mixes, fruit/veggies I've never seen, healthy cereal Kadishi or something like that I don't remember. All I had from the good times was my non fat milk, those were tough times. I managed and with bursts in energy I was playing ball more often than making music so I was quite active as well. In hindsight, I need to change my ways. Man I've really let go, I'm 25, soon the man boobs come in and gut becomes a permanent companion.
