good man, you're shaping up to be an excellent US citizen.

*fixed :usa:

Speaking of which, last night I did take my gf to eat a decent steak at one of my favorite spots in town. She's use to the Vietnamese style of steaks where its thinly cut and tough. I like my steaks plumb, tender, medium, and pretty much everything not "bít tết."

There's something that brings me joy when I see a women put a nice piece of meat in her mouth. :burger:

Now I know I gotta change my ways. I was doing so well, that was right around the time my mom got me on Almond Milk, her and my sister were eating super healthy for a while and in my pursuit of satisfying my munchies there was nothing healthy alternatives like trail nut mixes, fruit/veggies I've never seen, healthy cereal Kadishi or something like that I don't remember. All I had from the good times was my non fat milk, those were tough times. I managed and with bursts in energy I was playing ball more often than making music so I was quite active as well. In hindsight, I need to change my ways. Man I've really let go, I'm 25, soon the man boobs come in and gut becomes a permanent companion.

Crazy, I was just talking about almond milk today. I should have brought that up in my earlier post too. Another thing I miss about the US. Also almonds are healthy, loaded with Vitamin E which is good for the skin, and it tastes a whole lot better than actual milk.

Milk is the worse thing to put in your body. I learn to not even call it food. It's horrible for your mucus system.

Alternative I have here is soy milk. It's not the same as almond milk, but gets me through my mornings when I want cereal.

And now I'm debating whether yogurt is actually good for you. So much food and dietary information out there that contradicts one another.

Marriage is overrated. Until you find someone who makes it evenly rated.

It just would be nice to have someone that believes in all the healthy stuff out there, and makes it for you for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. And then snuggle and hug afterwards. :eyebrows:

I hope you don't ever outrun your metabolism. Eventually, you should learn to eat better. Just enjoy it while it lasts.

the metabolism slows down the older you get anyway so of course i won't be able to eat like this when i'm older. i normally only eat out like every 2-3 days or something like that. this week i think i've probably only eaten out twice, and one time was when i had that pizza box. that i devoured. i can't remember the other, too far back in the week to remember.

People with fast metabolisms find it more difficult to gain muscle weight, double edged sword

unless you don't care about gaining muscle then i guess it doesnt matter lol.
