Good to see the Yanks pour on the power...and welcome back Mark Teixiera after dropping off the planet.

However I don't know how to read this. The lead obscured my feeling in terms of Nova's performance. Yes, he got 8Ks but he gave up 4 runs, 8 hits, and 2 HRs and that kind of makes me wonder....but not enough to say he should go to the pen.

Can we use that excuse with any starter when Yank play the Rays, Texas, Detroit, as or Boston? Yanks will face them in second season.

It is folly to demand 6-7 runs every time...SP must improve. It will. But when as the schedule gets harder is anyone's guess.
