Dwight Howard should come in this thread and read what they say. Forget his doctors.

Well aware of that snaq, plus we know more medical wise about treatment to the back than we did 30 years ago. Bottom line is this the Magic are 1-4 since he took off, they could easily slip out the picture all together.snaquille oatmeal wrote:DEEP, you should also take into consideration that Bird kept playing before he was healed. I don't know if D12 will return to the court before he is 100%.

nope because it is not a guarantee that he will get injured only an assumption. like gek said "The only part of him that is currently susceptible to injury is the part of him that was previously injured as a result of freak accidents". take away those freak accidents and he only has one injury in seven years.
You're wasting your time Snaq. The only way Bynum will be viewed as non injury prone is to go about another 4 seasons without a major injury. Other than that people will call him injury prone regardless.

1st season: no injuries
2nd season: no injuries
3rd season: injures left knee from friendly fire (Odom) -he babies it coming back MISSES FINALS we lose
4th season: injures right knee from friendly fire (Kobe) He is afraid to jump and make strong moves
5th season: injures left knee in play-offs. He helps some agains the Celtics.
6th season: no injuries*
*he misses the 1st 2 months of the season because he WAITS to have surgery (if I got hurt on company time, I'm going to heal on company time approach) and tries to injure opponents -stay classy
7th season: knock on wood
So Bynum may go 4-3 on the health meter. Shaq was 3-3 for health in his 1st 6 seasons playing 54 games his 4th year, 51 games his 5th year and 60 games his 6th year.

Lakers are 22-3 in OT last 6 seasons:Kobe best OT closer!

Re: debunking the injury prone theory
The injury he had where Kobe fell into him could happen to anybody. I think the only prior surgery he had before the NBA was when he was 12. It seems more like for his size and all the moves he attempts, it's wear and tear on the body. Hopefully he continues with the summer workouts to improve his body and there won't be another Shaq-like incident of having to have surgery on "company'" time.
