What If? Mayo was traded to the Bulls last season

Bulls last year offered Brewer and two first round picks. Those picks could have.been.Jimmy Butler and Marshon Brooks. Brooks having.a great season in N.J. why didnt we pull the trigger and almost took Josh Mcroberts? If we get that offer again, we should say yes, we are not going to sign him anyway. This year draft is very deep.

Umm - if we're going going to play "what if?", I'd much rather play - what if the Grizz didn't draft Thabeet...

Jajajaj, good point. But the Thabeet issue is over, Mayo is still here and we could get some good picks for him

Not at this point. The better return for him, now (IMO), is to go ahead and run it out with him. When Zach returns in a couple to three weeks, the Grizz will still be in the playoff mix. Draft picks, especially at pennies on the dollar, won't do the Grizz any good now. They've made their bed, so to speak, with OJ.

It was not meant to be, I guess.

Having Kevin Love, probably meant no ZBo. Kevin Love is not that much better than ZBo and OJ Mayo. Plus, Kevin Love would take away touches from Gay and others. For Love to get the numbers he is getting on the Grizzlies, he will have to be "the guy".

But anyway, a Marc Gasol, Love, and Gay front-court would have been insane. Really young and a championship team right there.

I think Chicago would've beat Miami tbh with Mayo. Bulls were desperate for ANYONE to make a shot. Keith Bogans was absolutely horrible to watch, Brewer has never been an offensive weapon, and Korver was bricking everything left and right.

Rose and co just needed a decent SG to help make some open shots or at least help out Rose. With Bogans playing so crappy, Heat Guards were able to cheat and double up Rose or put their worst defender on Bogans.
