Why wouldn't he be? What changed? Not like Cavs told him to never watch Yankees or root for them ever again.
He's still a Yankee fan, he just doesn't show it as often as he did due to his business ties to John Henry and Fenway Sports group. After he bought a part of Liverpool he said he it'd be hard to openly cheer for NY now.
