Depends on whether we get the #1 pick. If we do, you bring in a new coach and build a dynasty. If you don't, and you don't sign anyone meaningful in free agency, then maybe sign Wittman to another one year contract to develop the new kids for a year. The following year you sign a big FA and then a coach that you hope will lead us to the playoffs. If the players blossom under Wittman then you go ahead and sign him long term.

This is where I fall except I say just sign him one more year regardless. I see no reason to change what seems to be working well. These guys respond to Whitman. I think he has a good personality that fits with this team.
