Reggie Williams out for the season.

Post#1 » by Diop » Tue Apr 17, 2012 10:47 pm

From Bonnell's twitter.

Rick Bonnell ‏ @rick_bonnell
#Bobcats coach Paul Silas said it would be a surprise if Reggie Williams (concussion) plays in any of the remaining 6 games.

Must be a heck of a concussion. This tank is unstoppable.

Meh, Reggie has been disappointing anyway. From the reports it sounded like he was a gun scorer who had issues on the defensive end, but we got the lolcat version who has issues with everything.

Fingers crossed his form is injury related and he can come back as the scoring spark we hoped for.
He could fill that gun role that Fat's desires.

I honestly didn't expect much from him this year. The injury and shorter season was a terrible combination.

That's why we gave him a two-year deal. I expect he'll be no worse than a 10ppg guy for us next season.

Like Jaruff said, it was like a lost season for Reggie. Hopefully he can come back strong next season.

I caught a couple of Bobcats games. You definitely did not get the complete Reggie.

Yep, that's why we had a 2 year contract, I knew that much from the start. We could have given him a 1 year but we'd be paying for 2/3rds of a year.

Does that mean that we'll have to watch either Jamario Moon or Matt Carroll for the whole 48 minutes? **** my life.

Holy sh*t I think we might score below 50 points in a NBA game!

Oh god, why the **** not, I mean hell its not like Carroll or Moon are going to score- might as well make it entertaining. While we are at it we should line up Higgins are the Center position just so he can repetitively get banged on and posterized.

BTW: Higgins Sr for Dad of the Year award!

I think this might be the fastest any one player has been hated. Congrats Jamario

I don't see Jamario or Carroll making a jumper after a pump fake + spin like Gana in your sig. Honestly.

Matt Carroll has still a whole lot left in the tank.

See this is whats wrong with the Bobcats front-office... instead of trying to find a young good talent in the d-league they get Jamario Moon who's 32 and has absolutely no upside whatsoever.
