Wizards VS Bucks GT 7PM

It's been a rare luxury to have three consecutive days off during this condensed NBA season. The Milwaukee Bucks' layoff may have come at the perfect time to gear up for one final, frantic postseason push.

The Bucks begin a stretch of six games in nine days to close the regular season Wednesday night against the host Washington Wizards.

Trying close a 1 1/2-game gap behind eighth-place Philadelphia in the Eastern Conference, Milwaukee (29-31) likely can't afford to slip up against a lesser opponent.

After facing a Wizards team which is second from the bottom in the East, the Bucks have a challenge at third-place Indiana, but then they return home to play New Jersey and Toronto before what could be a crucial showdown with the 76ers.

Up against a team trying to make the playoff and we kind of need one more tank game, I'm not feeling great about this game. I would be worried if they won this one. I would rather they lose tonight and then bring it against Miami in Miami.

Though we can try to take this one, which would be meaningful, and then play hard only to lose a close on in Miami. Sure the refs are going to be worse in Miami anyway.

I hope Mo Almond gets some PT this game.

I think we lose this one though.

Ah oh. C Singleton going for a career high. He has 3 already.

I like the way they are feeding The Beast early.

Nice passing.

Wow, Crawford got a foul called for a drive. That's remarkable.

Tankers line-up of non-shooters out there:

Singleton
Vesely
Wall

All of them passing-up open-look shots.

No tank tonight.

Nene in. Mo in early. They are going for it.

I'm really curious what this current line-up can do. Nene, Singleton, Mack, Cartier, and Evans.

It is so sweet watching Nene so quick and powerful to the hoop.

This is going to be a way different team next year. Drink the koolaid while it is fresh.

If Nene can teach Keveen to do that also, we have a really strong front court finally. I like the roster. I hope they bring it back. Add Booker and we have some power players finally.

Ves is balling tonight. That one wont show up in the stats but that was great D.

And he gets the outlet out so fast. All I can say is he is Vanchastic.

And finally it feels like that have a roster of options.

Wall is having a good 2nd quarter. We're the lesser team, but we're playing up to their level.

I like that Craw is taking it to the hoop and not jacking stupidly inefficient Js. This bodes well.

Make that 4 for Crawford.

And 1

Randy is no doubt coaching them up in the locker room. He has to get them to raise it up one more notch. No doubt MIL is going to bring it in the 3rd. What a great passing team they are. Lots of shooters. Rebounding. This would be a very solid win if the Wiz can step it up on more level. I think they have the pieces to do it with Nene back.

What a game Ves is having.

They hit threes but Crawford played smart ball taking it to the hoop. Hard to believe ...

We are getting crush on the long rebounds. Got to get some more of those.

So who steps it up in the 2nd ? Mo ? J Singleton ? Nene ?

After having a triple double with 35 points, Carmelo Anthony just scored 21 points in the first quarter against the Nets.

He's been scoring 30+ the past 12 games, and tonight looks like he'll hit 40 at least.
