The ball movement is much better and we play at a slightly quicker pace as of late, so I'll go with...

Ryno has to be big tonight. Can't let KG punk him

Who really thinks Ryan is going to pull through for us? Philly may be the best defensive team statistically but we all know Boston's d is tougher. We'll see what he's made of tonight.

I actually like Glen guarding KG he does a good job. In the previous games it looked like he knew KG's bag of tricks and forced him into some very tough shots.

I could make an essay on why a healthy Magic team could match-up pretty decently against this Boston team. Ok, I'll give you the shortened version.

A lineup of
Rondo
Bradley
Pierce
Bass
KG
will get JRich some post-up opportunities, who ever defends him. Dwight can get his own against KG. Ryan would most likely have a good rebounding series if facing Bass (and perhaps a couple of mistakes by Bass would lead to open threes for Ryan as well).
Then other things will be simpler like making an entry pass to Dwight by the 4 man won't have to go through the 20 ft arms of KG.
Then JJ comes off the bench to defend Ray.

Obviously we still won't be able to score easily against them but we should have a HUGE rebounding edge. And if Duhon keeps playing then we can forget about all that. You can expect plenty of shot-clock violations when Duhon is on the floor.

I remember us signing Ish basically after the first game against Boston and SVG saying "We need a guy who can bring the ball up". If he doesn't play Ish this game, this will be very hypocritical of him and not smart AT ALL. Although when you play Duhon over Ish at any times it isn't smart.

Every win counts at this point. This is not about revenge. Boh games the team shot themselves in the foot. This is redemption for allowing their lack of fortitude and effort to come ino play the last times these two teams met. Just get out there, play 48 mins of bball on both ends and do the neccessary things to win this game.

GO MAGIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Glen is back in the lineup tonight.

Rondo, Allen and Air France are out for Boston.

Of course we will not take advantage of this whatsoever...

Oh, okay. Thanks for the info. Bradley on Jameer scares me but no Rondo and Allen should help us.

Honestly I don't think Bradley will do that to Meer again as long as we run on their misses. That negates ball pressure and will not allow them to set their defense.

I don't think he will either, but it's still scary because he's a really good defender. And, Meer isn't the best ball handler. Not bad, but not great.

According to Denton, Turk is starting to do some cardio work and should be back playing by next Wednesday.
