His defense has been a little off this year though. Dropped 2 balls, albeit not the easiest catches, that could have been caught with better timed jumps that led to runs in losses. And the throw to the plate vs the Brewers' Morgan that ended in the controversial call was weak at best. He's also had a couple great plays out there, just need consistency in the field.

Yeah, he is certainly guilty of taking a lackadaisical approach when it comes to his fielding.
