To me, that kind of elbow is about as dirty a play as you can make in basketball. That's almost the equivalent to an open court punch.

An elbow that hard and that big, and that close to the temple could cause irreversible damage. Hockey players have been charged for assault for doing crazy things like that, I would pursue criminal charges against 'World Peace' if I were Harden. But that's just me. None the less, he could have done some serious neurological damage.
