I did watch the replay thanks for typing out the play by play. They bumped and he swung a milli-seconds later not even enough time to turn around and even see who it was it could have been one of his own players. Watch the replay, then watch it again. They bump into each other, at that time MWP shoves Harden in the chest/arm area with his forarm/elbow, THEN he brings his elbow up over his head and throws it back. If that isn't the definition of intentional, I don't know what is.
