If anyone disagrees with that ruling I suggest watching Shanahan's video explaining it. He shows the 4 previous times Torres got suspended, it's all the same play as this one and they're completely brutal. This is a repeat offender suspension for the 5th time Torres has done this and the 3rd time this season
It's going to be a glorious day... I feel my luck could change

Wow, 25 games is staggering. That means no more playoff action even if the Coyotes win the Cup and play the maximum possible games left to do it.

Good.

Sure, let's play another.

This series has been so...incomprehensible. For a series that has tied a league record for most games that have gone to overtime in a series, there has been pretty much no momentum swing at any point in this series. It's just...goal....move along...goal...move along...hit...meh...

The lockout has accomplished exactly what the league wanted it to: parity. Pure and complete parity. No team is indestructible, no playoff team is unable to win a playoff series.

Um, what? They traded two of their highest paid players in the offseason for rookies/draft picks/role players and only notable signings were Jagr (who did nothing in the series), Talbot (a third liner) and Bryzgalov (who was terrible except for the final game). And no team played more rookies this year, or got more contributions from rookies; that isn't buying anything.

Even if it were true that they bought themselves a win, it would actually still be considered "new" because they haven't won the Cup in decades.

That's what I was thinking. Philly made some crazy gambles in the offseason, but they have panned out pretty well I'd say (except for Bryz). One signing does not equal a purchased cup. Not too mention there is a loooot of hockey left to play

Tyler Seguin and the Bruins force a game 7! Wow. Great game. It will be all even in Boston on Wednesday.

Now I can enjoy the other NHL games till Wednesday.

Well Bryzgalov finally showed up. If he can be consistent the Flyers are going to be very very dangerous.

Awesome. I've been a kings bandwagoner since kopitar came aboard, I really am pleased that they knocked out Vancouver in the first.
