Clippers- everyone
Thunder- Harden
Heat- Wade, Bosh
Lakers- Gasol, Fisher (historically)
Spurs- Manu
Celtics- Pierce

for some reason the best floppers are always near the top of the standings.

They actually don't play terrible if you actually watch them play. They play tough hard nosed defense, and make hustle plays. It's just that they had every player in their starting 5 injured for the majority of the season. I don't know the exact number but I'm pretty sure their starting 5 only played 5 games together all season. Maybe less.

Gordon, Okafor, Landry, Ariza, Jack, and Kaman were all injured for 15+ games this season. Gordon, their best player/scorer, has missed 50+ games. Okafor, their best defender, has missed 35+ games.

I believe they'll be a playoff team next season with the addition of 2 top 10 lottery picks, and then perhaps a few additional pieces via free agency. Of course Gordon has to resign and stay healthy for all that to happen.

Can't wait for the NFL to be back. I'm tired of this NBA.

NFL is getting crappier. Softer league is getting there too. They'll be getting rid of kickoffs soon enough.

NHL is the only tough sport left.

This is just getting sad. I'm shocked the NBA headquarters aren't reviewing this when a team is THIS blatant with their flopping. I'd say a good 80% of all the leagues flopping has occurred thanks to a Clipper this year.

With the number of threads you´d think they´re F.C. Barcelona.

Reggie Evans flopped before and he´ll do it again. Now he does it in a Clippers jersey. Big f´n deal.

Exactly. They could've been a fringe playoff team if everyone remained healthy.

Wow what a double standard, Vasquez gets called for the flagrant 2 right away but Wade's legitimate shove on Rip the refs were reluctant even to call a flagrant 1.

back in the days I used to pity the Clippers because they had a horrible owner.

now they have a decent team and had the chance to gain a lot fans but they totally blew it with their flop city movement.
think about it, there will always be some contact in basketball... take it like a man and dont be so damn soft. their current core (CP3, Evans, Jordan and Griffin) would do fine in the WNBA.
they are a disgrace to this sport

Hollins should pull a Phil Jackson and talk publicly about all the flops the Clips get away with before the series starts. Get in the refs' heads a bit.

Monty Williams not a fan of Flop City and Blake Griffin

Post#139 » by Smirk » Mon Apr 23, 2012 2:31 pm

Hornets coach Monty Williams had some choice postgame words for the Clippers and Blake Griffin.

Monty Williams referring to Clippers "It's hard to play against all the flopping and nonsense that goes on with that team.”

Williams: "Who is the common denominator with all this fluff going on around the league? Blake Griffin. We don't dunk, we don't stare at people, we play the game the same way every night. … But all the extra stuff, we've never been about that”

Even more Monty “They put Reggie Evans in the game for one reason, and that's to come in and hit people. It's hard to play against that"

One would think there are plenty of other coaches around the NBA that share Monty Williams' thoughts. He just decided to vent them.

That was an epic flop. I don't get how the officials though ca n look at the replay that I'm seeing, and just change it from flagrant to normal foul, when it clearly was a flop and should've been a no-call.

If they cant even recognize a flop with use of instant replay, there's no hope.
